Occasionally things may not go to plan. If you have a complaint about our service we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You can contact us on and your complaint will be handled as best as possible.

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
